Canopy Mount

The problem with the stock canopy mounts is that the stock canopy really isn't very flexible and it doesn't take long for cracking to appear in the canopy around the mount points. This is particularly bad around the front mount point next to the muffler.

These canopy mounts from RCBooya are designed to get rid of the canopy flexing that occurs when using the standard mounts. Basically they are just a thumb screw that pinches onto and through the existing canopy grommet. This eliminates the flexing of the canopy when it is popped on and off and therefore stops canopy cracking. Having used these for several flights my main concern was them coming undone and loosing the thumb screw portion. This it seems just doesn't happen as the rubber of the canopy grommet holds it in place and stops unwanted unsrewing.

Conclusion

Whilst these mounts are quite expensive they are a lot cheaper than replacing the 700N canopy. That alone makes them a worthwhile upgrade. Recommended.
